1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HuntDesk, a recruitment CRM platform operated by Workflow Architects Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using HuntDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
HuntDesk is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for recruitment firms, headhunters, and staffing professionals. The platform provides tools for managing job mandates, candidate pipelines, client relationships, recruiter activities, reporting, and AI-assisted productivity features.
3. Business Use
HuntDesk is intended for business use by recruitment professionals and firms. By using the platform, you represent that you are using it for professional recruitment or related business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for ensuring that all users within your firm tenant use the platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Share or distribute data obtained through HuntDesk in violation of applicable data protection laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
- Use automated systems or bots to access the platform outside of provided APIs
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to HuntDesk without our prior written consent
6. Subscription & Payment
HuntDesk is offered under subscription plans. Details of pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Free trial periods, where offered, are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of registration.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in HuntDesk — including software, design, content, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by Workflow Architects Limited or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the subscription term.
You retain all rights to data you enter into HuntDesk. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. AI-Assisted Features
HuntDesk includes AI-assisted features that generate suggestions, summaries, drafts, and analytical outputs. These features are provided as productivity tools and do not constitute professional advice. All AI outputs are clearly marked and are intended to be reviewed and edited by the user before reliance or action. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
9. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. In the event of unscheduled downtime, we will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workflow Architects Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the applicable plan terms. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in accordance with our retention policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of HuntDesk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
